The club is open every Friday from 7.30pm to 10pm to run trains and to work on the layouts.

We are extremely fortunate in having our own permanent premises, recently obtained on a 3-year lease.  We have over 700sq ft of space, allowing us to have a 'crew area', small workshop and plenty of layout space.

Bring and Buy is a regular monthly event, with even the most determined 'non spenders' usually ending up with something to take home. We usually have one or two traders who are also members selling books, videos, some kits and also scenic items. Occasionally there is a TV/video player available depending on the evenings activities. Friday night activities range from work sessions, chat sessions, individual members layouts, 'how to' demonstrations (scenery, DCC, loco tune-up, weathering etc), members videos/slides and of course tea and coffee.

We are about to start building an HO Freemo modular layout, so members will be able to run their stock on this, and currently there is the use of a large (26ft x 3ft) N scale modular layout.
